Terms & Conditions for Property Transaction Services

1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Company shall act solely as a facilitator and coordinator in the sales-purchase process between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.2 The Company does not act as a principal, owner, or joint venture partner in any property transaction.

1.3 All services are limited to connecting parties, arranging meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting in documentation where applicable.

2. Role of the Company

2.1 The Company’s role is restricted to facilitating negotiations between Buyer and Seller.

2.2 The Company does not guarantee the conclusion of any transaction.

2.3 The Company will not be involved in determining, enforcing, or altering the terms of sale between the Buyer and the Seller.

3. Commercial Terms between Buyer and Seller

3.1 All commercial terms, including but not limited to: Token amount, Balance payment, Delivery or handover of the property, Any other financial arrangements, shall be as per the contractual obligations mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Seller only.

3.2 The Company shall not be liable for ensuring the fulfillment of such commercial terms.

4. Ownership Transfer & Legal Documentation

4.1 The Company shall not be responsible for the completion of: Ownership transfer, Registration of the property, Insurance coverage, or Any other documents required under applicable property registration laws.

4.2 Responsibility for arranging and completing legal documentation rests entirely with the Buyer and Seller.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Company shall not be held responsible for: Hidden defects in the property, Misrepresentation by either party, Any post-transaction disputes, Market value changes after completion.

5.2 The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the scope of services described in Clause 1.

6. Exclusion of Legal Responsibility

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any litigation, dispute, or objection arising from or related to: Transfer of ownership registration from the relevant authority, Discrepancies in insurance policies, or Legal documentation required by applicable property registration authorities.

6.2 Any such disputes shall be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Seller without involving the Company.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

7.2 In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve matters through at Pakistan.

Terms and Conditions for Agents 

  1. Unacceptable Content — You must not post anything illegal, offensive, harmful, misleading, violating rights (including intellectual property), invading privacy, promoting crime (e.g., money laundering, illegal gambling), breaking laws, or harming the Company’s reputation.
  2. Registration Details — When signing up, provide accurate, up-to-date information and update it before using the Website for future services.
  3. Advertisements — The Website may show ads from businesses. The Company is not responsible for these. Any business or trade ad must clearly identify the advertiser’s name and show it is commercial (e.g., using words like “dealer” or “wholesale”).
  4. User Age & Capacity — You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts and post content.
  5. Content Removal — The Company can remove any content or refuse to publish it at its sole discretion without notice.
  6. Data Use — The Company records your registration and usage data but won’t share it except in anonymous/aggregated form, under the Privacy Policy, or if required by law. By agreeing, you allow the Company to verify your details by a recorded phone call.
  7. Opt-Out — If you disagree with this data use, do not submit personal details or use the Website.
  8. Account Security — Keep your username and password private. Do not share them.
  9. Account Suspension — The Company may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. Closed accounts cannot be re-registered directly or indirectly.
  10. Service Nature — The Company offers services only, not physical goods.
  11. Intellectual Property — All rights in the Website (trademarks, designs, text, graphics) belong to the Company. You may print/download pages for personal use only — no modifying, separating images, bypassing security, or redistributing without permission.
  12. Reporting Issues — The Company takes IP infringement and fraud seriously. Report them immediately so authorities can be informed.
  13. User Rules
  • Don’t use the Website or Service for illegal purposes.
  • Don’t send harmful content or damage the Service.
  • Don’t abuse the flagging system.
  • Don’t use bots, crawlers, or automated tools without consent.
  • Use the Service only for personal use or genuine business listings.
  • Don’t copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service without permission.
  • Don’t act unethically or harm the Company’s reputation.
  • Follow all posted policies and notices.
  • Don’t remove copyright notices.
  • Don’t publish illegal or prohibited content.
  • Don’t interfere with other Users.
  • Don’t act abusively or offensively.
  • Don’t contact others for business without consent.
  • Don’t stalk, harass, or unlawfully collect personal data.
  • Don’t post content that:
  1. Promotes hate or discrimination (religion, gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, age, disability).
  2. Contains private info without consent.
  3. Impersonates someone or misrepresents affiliations.
  4. Infringes copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
  5. Violates any third-party intellectual property.
  6. Promotes scams, spam, chain letters, or unwanted ads.
  7. Places ads in the wrong section.
  8. Links to unauthorized commercial or third-party sites.
